Non-Refundable Reservation Deposit: A reservation deposit is required to reserve the motorcycle for the agreed rental date and period and is treated as a commitment to the reservation. The deposit is non-refundable where the customer cancels the reservation or fails to attend for collection, except where the law requires a refund or where the cancellation is due to a failure on our part. The deposit is intended to cover reasonable losses and costs arising from reserving the motorcycle and taking it out of availability for other customers. Any cancellation or retention of the deposit will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and no amount will be retained where doing so would be unfair or disproportionate.

So we can get your bike ready we need to get the below information from you. This information is used to register your bike with DVLA and also for your warranty.

It is very important that you double check all the details are 100% correct.

Any incorrect details could delay your application and could incur an extra cost to correct them.
